Taken from mom's skirts and re-sewn! The fabric is woven on a loom but with small defects that are not particularly visible. The belt can be tightened as needed. It fit us around 1.5 years old for midsummer, by reducing the waist, and up to 3 years in kindergarten!! 😊 The waist elastic was manually either sewn smaller or let out longer as needed. +Parcel locker
