The boots have been used, we wore them when our daughter started walking, there are some scratches in the front, visible in the pictures. Inside is fleece fabric, so they are ideally suited for the intermediate season rather than winter as indicated by the manufacturer. The manufacturer's indicated insole is 14.8 cm.
