Цель игры — дать понять человеку в игровой форме, какие эмоции существуют, чем они различаются и как ими управлять. Мало понимать, что мы что-то чувствуем. Важно дать этому название и определение. До тех пор, пока мы не можем осознанно управлять эмоцией, она управляет нами.

Почему это важно?
Эмоциональный интеллект (EQ) — умение распознавать желания других людей и управлять своими эмоциями. Он отвечает на вопрос, почему умные люди не всегда успешны в карьере. Ведь для успеха нужны не аттестаты, а способности взаимодействовать с людьми и контролировать себя.

По сути, у нас два ума: один думает, другой чувствует. Эмоциональный ум считывает реальность в одно мгновение. Он как автопилот мобилизует нас, опережая разум. Человек на эмоциях становится замкнутым, бесконечно спорит с собой и обижается без повода. Разучиться этому и не быть врединой поможет "Эмоциональный интеллект".

The goal of the game is to help a person understand in a playful way what emotions exist, how they differ, and how to manage them. It's not enough to understand that we feel something. It's important to give it a name and definition. Until we can consciously manage an emotion, it manages us.

Why is this important?
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to recognize the desires of other people and manage your own emotions. It answers the question of why smart people are not always successful in their careers. After all, success requires not diplomas, but the ability to interact with people and control oneself.

In essence, we have two minds: one thinks, the other feels. The emotional mind reads reality in an instant. It mobilizes us like an autopilot, ahead of reason.
