Chocolate topping

Chocolate-colored overdress. Transparent, a slip dress or another dress should be worn underneath.

Tie-up collar, sleeves- wide raglan, long, with cuffs
waistline seam (I would add a belt or a small belt),
3-tiered ruffle. Bought it here for the color, but somehow it's not quite mine.

No tags, fabric is chiffon-like. Most likely synthetic fiber chiffon.
