Used for a couple of years, mostly during celebrations when guests come over. We bought a new one, so this is no longer needed. Makes delicious coffee and can froth milk, the frothing container is included. There are signs of use, slightly scratched plastic and one plastic corner is chipped, but visually almost unnoticeable.
