George III era silver sauce spoon. Made in London, 1806, by master Alexander Aird.
The spoon clearly displays all 5 mandatory master stamps.
A unique family symbol is engraved on the handle – a hand holding a crescent. In heraldry, this often represented the "second son" or symbolized hope and enlightenment.
Length: 17 cm.
Condition: Excellent antique condition, engraving and stamps are clearly legible.
