Album compiler – researcher at LU LFMI Aigars Lielbārdis, artist – Krišs Salmanis. The album includes 223 photographs from the LFK archives, depicting folklore collection – notable storytellers, folklore collectors, recorders and audio recorders, as well as folklore recording situations from various places in Latvia. The photographs are arranged chronologically – from 1925 to 1992, providing an opportunity to trace the work of folklore collectors through the ages.
