Skirt by Belgian designer

Belgian popular brand skirt with lining and belt, winter/spring skirt, although it says 90% cotton, 9% polyamide, and 1% elastane, it doesn't feel like any of that, rather a thick material and warm. Skirt belt circumference is 93 cm and skirt length is 57 cm. The price tag hasn't been preserved because I thought I would wear it, but unfortunately, it's not suitable for me.
