Selling a trainer used 3 times. It provides real resistance but didn't fit the intended plan - to keep under the desk and pedal while working or during video calls. The problem is that the office chair slides back due to the pressure.

Overall, it's a useful device to increase daily activity. You can also set the resistance so that in 20 minutes you'll be sweating and your leg quad muscles will be worked to exhaustion.
