Down jacket with a drawstring waist

After a light dry cleaning, there are small spots left around the pocket and on the sleeve, which are not noticeable to the eye (see photo). Very warm, relatively long (covers the bottom). I wore it on an xs size and it was quite oversized. It is possible that using a more aggressive dry cleaner could remove the spots. Looks very beautiful 😍
