Skechers winter boots, size 28, but the size is larger (17.3cm insole). Rubber bottom, which is ideal when the snow starts to melt. Inside it is written that they are designed for up to -20 degrees (I don't know if it's true, because when they were worn in winter, it wasn't that cold). Bought new, worn by one child last season.
