Dress/tunic from Latvian manufacturer Zvēru Dārzs. It seems to be size S (not written anywhere). It will also be good with XS - a bit looser.
Measurements:
*shoulder width 35.5cm
*bust width 42cm
*dress length 89.5cm
The only defect - one thread has come loose at the collar. I don't know if it affects anything, as there is a double seam and there is NO hole in the seam.
