Made in Latvia, handmade. "FESTIVE FEELINGS" design. It is clean, washed, and disassembled. Defect - marker streaks did not wash out, but it's a minor issue as the rug can be used on both sides (the other side is untouched). Some pom-poms are missing at the entrance. Purchased new from the manufacturer.
