After considering this topic, eighty-year-old Elke Heidenreich wrote a very personal, ironic, and honest, yet not harsh (in one word, wise) book in which she reflects on her life and relationships with other people. In old age, a person has to experience the consequences of both what was done and what was not done during their life, but now they have gained a calming understanding that worries mostly don't matter, that it's enough to simply breathe and be grateful.
