Smart ring (aka Oura ring). Measures steps, sleep quality, heart rate, etc. Everything can be tracked in the app. The battery lasts about 5 days. Worn for approximately 3 months. There are scratches, but they are not very noticeable. Size 8, which is approximately 17.5 in my opinion.
