Two cake pans

Used a couple of times. One has light surface scratches that do not affect the pan's non-stick properties. The other is like new. Baked sponge cake separates well from the pan's surface, no need for baking paper unless there is a specific, very sticky dough recipe. Suitable for cakes and pastries, therefore not suitable for lasagna or vegetable baking in the oven.
