Very beautiful Dolce Gabbana vintage baby doll top with ruffles and a bow, worn once, unfortunately it no longer fits me. Size indicated as 44 Italian, which corresponds to 36/38 EUR, 10 UK, but keep in mind that silk doesn't stretch.
