Timmy and his friends are once again rushing into a dizzying adventure. Alfred has received an encrypted letter from his former magic teacher, Miss Vinderfelte. Although it has been severely damaged by water, it is clear to everyone that she—and not only she—urgently needs the help of ninjas. The friends set off in a homemade submarine to the island of Sansoria, which has been struck by an evil spell. Emperor Istradius has turned all the island's inhabitants into slaves and is making them work on building a tower. Singing and dancing, telling tales and stories are forbidden in the city, science and learning are banned, everything is covered in fog. Will the magical ninjas succeed in stopping the spell from spreading across the world?
