Warm winter boots

Bought last year - worn a little. The only flaw - you can see in the photo - the strap came undone, which I cut off. You can cut off the other one too. It says size 38, but I would say it's more like size 37 or a narrow 38. I bought it for my son in size 37, and with size 38, it's already too small.
