Interestingly, the 2 medium ones were produced in a USSR military factory
(The text on the back of the button is in Cyrillic, which reads "MOCШTAMP" (MOSHTAMP), which was a Soviet military factory that produced these buttons.)
Maybe some current sailor could use a button as a decoration
