New, the size didn't fit me. My husband worked in Germany and was involved in a project at Neste, where they gave out such jackets. So he brought one for me to use while jogging 😁 but the size didn't fit. The only defect is the Neste logo. The sleeves and the bottom of the jacket are adjustable.
