Unique dancing blouse

Traditional costume (Norway) or for dances. I wanted to write that it is in excellent condition, but I noticed there are 3 stains, not sure from what. I washed it only with eco detergent. I haven't tried to remove them now, but I assume there won't be any problems since it is a white real cotton fabric, could also bleach. There are pictures, I will send them privately if you ask, because I can't attach more than five pictures here.
Place to tie a ribbon at the collar.
Length 40cm. Sleeve full length from the bottom of the collar 47cm, from the shoulder seam 34cm.
