Used, as can be seen in the photos—it has pencil marks on it, and the seat cushion has been replaced with DIY padding (the original can be returned if you want to repair it, but this one is more comfortable because it doesn't get wet).
Skilled hands can visually spruce it up, but technically everything works for driving, the tires are inflated. Pickup in person in Pārdaugava-Bieriņi, cannot be shipped with a parcel service.
