It is visible that it has been used, but everything works...lights are inside the front wheels, which light up while driving, an additional visibility element in the dark. Comes with a basket. We will include a Scoot & Ride helmet 45-51cm. The rear light is not working (I think the battery needs to be replaced), there are visual dents. But everything is fine with the style enhancements.
