The entire insole is 26 cm, with edges of 3 mm at the front and 5 mm at the back. Therefore, it will be perfect if the foot is around 24-24.5 cm. Very soft, light, and comfortable. I sent it to my daughter from Germany, but the size didn't fit. They adjust for width but are more suitable for narrow or medium feet.
