Nice pants in size S-M

Nice bright blue pants. Bought them as going-out pants, wore them once and they stayed in the closet. Now they became too small. Width at the top is 40cm, hips 50cm. Length 102cm. The length is very good for my height of 175cm. The waist is slightly lower than the midriff. Fastened with a button. I cut off the tags, so I'm not sure about the exact size. Doesn't wrinkle.
