Brand new dress with floral embroidery

I am selling a light fabric long dress in blue with long sleeves, a V-neckline and embroidered flower motifs, made using the cut-out ruffle technique. The dress is ideal for women who are 170 cm+ tall, for everyday wear, going out, and various events. The fabric is light but not see-through. The dress is 135 cm long, 66 cm x 2 at the bust, 65 cm at the sleeves, and 13 cm at the shoulders. I will send it via Omniva parcel service throughout Latvia according to Andele's price list, with shipping costs covered by the buyer. I do not meet in person.
