Fantastic English faience duo

James Meakings founded a ceramics factory in 1846 in Longton, England. In 1851, due to health issues, the management of the factory was taken over by his two sons. During World War II, the factory produced dishes for the army, and they were mostly undecorated. Throughout its existence, the factory endured various crises and ceased to exist in 2005.
