About the life of elk in German

The book was published in January 1944, with 81 photographs by the author himself in brown tones, and tells the story of the life of the Alnu people.
Dimensions: 18x24.5 cm, hardcover. Martin Kakies was born in 1894 in Lithuania, in the Curonian Spit, and died in 1987 in Germany. The 1st-5th editions were published under the title "Alnis starp jūru un Mēmeli" (The Elk Between the Sea and the Memel). The 21st-30th thousand copies were a special edition for Ostland. The book is in excellent condition.
