The excellent Stormberg suit is suitable for both skiing and simply enjoying winter walks. The hood is adjustable but not removable, which I think is great because it doesn't let the wind blow or snow get past. The waist is adjustable. The sleeve and leg ends can be narrowed with Velcro.
