Ideal with shirt-blouses, turtlenecks, high-collar sweaters, tops (as shown in images), etc.
Two types of fastenings - a long black nylon cord (allowing the accessory size to be adjusted accordingly) and Velcro "hedgehogs" (fasteners) for the rest.
