Dress size 36. Straps can be added (there is a designated place). The top is adorned with sequins, and the skirt part is voluminous. Can be washed. Some sequins have fallen off and some need to be secured to prevent falling. The dress has been washed, but the white edge could use a wash to be whiter. My daughter wore it once for graduation. We can discuss the price.
