Heart tone listener or Doppler, purchased locally and used very little for peace of mind in the last months of pregnancy. Gel can be bought separately, but it worked well for me with olive oil/coconut oil. YouTube has instructions on how to correctly find the baby's heartbeat, especially in the first trimester.
