EPI-NO Delphine trainer/device for reducing childbirth tears. A small trainer/device used by women to improve the elasticity of the perineum and vaginal tissues in preparation for childbirth. Manufactured in Germany, purchased at Stārķa ligzda (receipt included in the box). Additional material. A water-based lubricant will be needed.

What are the benefits?
- promotes elasticity of the perineum and vaginal tissues;
- helps to get used to discomfort and the ability to relax the perineum when the baby's head is born;
