Stable size 41 - fits well for my size 41 foot. Ordered online but realized the heel is too high - I'm too tall for these shoes :) Heel height 6-6.5cm, sole thickness - 2.7cm.
It's hard to say the insole size because you can't measure the inside with a tape measure, but I have a wide foot, stable size 41 and it fits well. Never worn outside, only tried on at home and placed on the shelf :)
