Work of the French legendary designer Jean Prouvé Potence Lamp.

The lamp was purchased in 2024 from the official brand dealer in Latvia. It served in a wonderful house in Āgenskalns, where interior items were carefully selected after the apartment's restoration. Jean Prouvé, who was, among other things, the head of the jury for the Paris Pompidou Center sketch competition, initially created the magnificent Potence Lamp for his home in Nancy, France, in 1940. It later gained worldwide fame and became one of the masterpieces of design history. The lamp is 2 meters long in the horizontal plane and weighs 8 kg.
