Bought new. Wheels spin well, rubber. Wheel size 12cm (diameter). Weight capacity 90kg. Handlebar adjustable to 3 heights - 76cm, 81cm, 86cm. Scooter is good, paint is worn in some places and handle padding slightly damaged. Not sure if it can be sent via parcel machine, as the total length is 65cm. Maybe it can fit diagonally in an L compartment.
