Light yellow, puffy, lace skirt with tulle underskirt. Stiff, stretchy wide elastic at the waist. Not worn, but from standing in the closet, the elastic has developed grayish pigmentation in places, which may be washable. Would also look beautiful with a satin belt over the top. Best fit for size M.
