Arturs Apinis (1904–1975) – graphic artist. Participated in exhibitions since 1928. Master of engraving, applied graphics, and book graphics. Worked mainly in etching, as well as lithography and drawing techniques. He drew diplomas, certificates of honor, and postage stamps. He was the author of the coat of arms of the Latvian SSR.
