LEGO Ninjago (9552) "Lloyd" booster set. 2012. Intended for first-generation spinner modifications, etc. Maybe childhood memories/nostalgia for someone. Missing only packaging, instructions, one 2x2 dish inverted radar (light green, transparent) piece, and one light gray connector piece for the weapon (see photos).
